Welcome to Tibs3DPrints! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile app, and services, including any purchases made through tibs3dprints.com or the Tibs3DPrints app.
By accessing or using any part of our site or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian to make purchases from our site or participate in any app features, polls, or giveaways.
2. Product Descriptions
Tibs3DPrints offers custom-made 3D printed figurines and accessories. All items are made to order, and slight variations in color, finish, or appearance are expected.
We do our best to accurately represent products, but we do not guarantee that colors or dimensions will exactly match what you see on screen.
3. Orders & Fulfillment
Orders typically take 2–4 business days to produce, unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product limitations, errors in pricing, or other issues.
You will receive email confirmation when your order is placed and when it ships.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the United States and internationally where permitted. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.
Tibs3DPrints is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@tibs3dprints.com and we’ll work to make it right.
6. Polls, Voting, and App-Only Features
From time to time, we may offer app-exclusive features such as voting on future product releases or giveaways. Participation is optional. Votes do not guarantee product availability.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue these features at any time.
7. Giveaways & Promotions
No purchase is necessary to enter giveaways. Winners will be selected at random and notified via email or app notification. You must respond within 72 hours to claim your prize, or another winner will be chosen.
Giveaways are void where prohibited.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that harms Tibs3DPrints, its users, or its partners. This includes misuse of polls, spam, or abusive behavior in user feedback or reviews.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and app including product designs, text, images, logos, and branding is the property of Tibs3DPrints and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
