All orders are 3D printed to order at our Ohio workshop and typically ship within 3-5 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 7 business days.

 

Shipping Methods:

We ship via USPS from Ohio, USA. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after processing. Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships.

 

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — check our homepage for current offers.

 

International Shipping:

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages:

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@tibs3dprints.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue.
